The Lake Pointe MUD has taxing authority for the entire Lake Pointe Neighborhood. There are three tax districts at this time, Lake Pointe MUD (for operations and management,) MUD #3 (for MUD #3 debt) and MUD #5 (for MUD #5 debt.)
