The Gate to Access the Preserve Has Been Upgraded

Lake Pointe MUD has upgraded the gate located near Vista Pointe Park that is used to access the preserve and Lake Austin. The gate is now under 24-hour video surveillance. This new video surveillance will help Lake Pointe MUD identify potential violators instead of having to close the gate to everyone.

All current card keys should work to open the gate. If your card key did not work in the past, please check again to see if it works now. If your card key still does not work, please contact First Service Residential at 512-266-6771.

If you are a new Lake Pointe resident and do not have a card key yet, you can also contact Spectrum to get a new key.
